• For events where a booking is required, payment must be made within 24 hours of confirming your booking if choosing to pay by bank transfer.

• If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the booking may be cancelled without further notice.

• We do not offer refunds on any event, workshop, or service provided by Pivotal Productions, and participants are encouraged to ensure they can fully attend before committing to booking.

Pivotal Productions assumes that all participants are in suitable physical health and capable of taking part in activities. If you have concerns about your ability to participate, we advise that you consult with a medical professional prior to engaging in any event or workshop.

In the event of any discomfort, injury, or health concerns during an activity, participants must notify staff immediately. We are not liable for any injury or health issue arising during or after participation in any of our activities. We also do not take responsibility for the wellbeing of any participants outside of the event duration and the supervised space.
